3rd & 4th Class had GREAT FUN making these delicious truffles to bring home for Easter – simple recipe:
300g good-quality dark chocolate, 70% cocoa solids
300ml pot double cream
Break up the chocolate and pour BOILED double cream over it – stir until fully melted and mixed. Put the bowl in the fridge overnight and serve accordingly…DEEEEELICIOUS!!!! (p.s. we mixed dark with milk chocolate)
