All of the pupils of Charleville, the teachers and a number of parents visited St. Catherine’s Church @ 11 a.m. on Friday 12th Feb. to see the Army Band perform. They certainly entertained us for the morning playing a wide variety of musical pieces we recognised. We even marched along to one of the songs and joined in singing with “Ireland’s Call”. We learned a lot about the instruments of the orchestra too.
