We have all been working very hard this year in Charleville towards our Energy Flag headed by Ms Foster. Our Energy Wardens make sure that lights and whiteboards are off when not in use. We check the temperature in each classroom every day and turn off radiators if it is too hot.
Our Green School slogan is “Move your feet and turn down the heat, turn off the light when it is bright”.

Putting up displays around the school helps to encourage all pupils to work together in achieving our Energy Flag and also increases environmental awareness.
We completed this project after our recent trip to Clara Bog and Clara Bog Visitor Centre.
